Thank you, Kautex!

Kautex, located in Avilla, IN, is one of the top 100 automotive suppliers worldwide that develops and produces blow-molded fuel systems. One weekend in the grocery store, Larry Randle Jr., Director of Operations for Kautex, happened upon Joe Jordan, our BGCFW President & CEO, wearing a Boys & Girls Clubs T-shirt. Larry introduced himself as a big fan of Boys & Girls Clubs. He has even served on several club boards across the country. This exchange sparked the onset of a wonderful partnership.

As a result of the COVID 19 pandemic, the club was looking for a more effective and efficient way to disinfect and clean the club each day. Larry and his team at Kautex jumped into action. They responded by donating an industrial fogger and disinfectant. They also brought in their team and spent 3 hours inspecting our club facility looking for additional ways to help keep our children and staff safe. They volunteered their time and talent to build 30 table and counter top plexiglass dividers which offer an added layer of protection.
